Gabriel Venne, DO, MSc, PhD

Gabriel Venne is an Assistant Professor of Anatomical Sciences within the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, Faculty of Medicine and an Associate Member of the Institute of Health Sciences Education.

He is involved in the teaching of human anatomy for undergraduate students in the Anatomy and Cell Biology program and for first and second year medicine and dentistry programs.

Gabriel completed his graduate degrees at Queen’s University with a background in anatomy teaching and basic science research: mechanical strain influence on osteophyte development, role of the rectus capitis posterior minor on the dura mater in cervicogenic headaches, computer-guided arthroplasty, and embalming technique in surgical training.
