Danling Wang, PhD - Multiple Faces of Hyaluronan in Fascia Health and Disease Mark Driscoll, Eng., PhD, is an Associate Professor at McGill University and a Professional Engineer. He holds the NSERC Chair in Design Engineering for Interdisciplinary Innovation of Medical Technologies and leads research at the intersection of biomechanics, musculoskeletal science, and medical device design.
His work focuses on understanding the biomechanical mechanisms that govern the musculoskeletal system, using complementary in vivo, ex vivo, and in silico research platforms. Through this translational approach, Dr. Driscoll’s research supports improved understanding of healthy function, musculoskeletal disorders, and the development of innovative mechanical and medical technology solutions.
